U-pipes are commonly used to transfer heat in process fluids with large radiators. The fluid is pumped along a pipe, then through a u-junction, and then back along a pipe parallel to the inflow line. Heat is transferred to the wrapping material through the wall of the tube. This design is used for industrial applications where a number of u-pipes can be poured into oil containers containing a high thermal capacity.
Heat treatment
Heat treat each pipe after bending according to customer requirements or relevant standards to release pressure, temperature and holding time
